Ultimate Wednesdays @ The Guild

Welcome to The Guild Gaming Lounge’s weekly Ultimate Tournament. Located downtown Madison at 668 State St. (You can find us above the UW Credit Union. Enter the doors left of UWCU, and head up the stairs/elevator)

5:30pm Arrive

6:00pm Wave A Round Robin Pools

7:00pm Wave B Round Robin Pools

8:00pm Gold and Silver Bracket Start

10:00pm Event Ends

Entry Cost

• $15 entry ($5 prize pool + $10 venue)
• Entry is or Venmo cash only and paid upon arrival (nearest ATM is downstairs outside UW-Credit Union)

Registration

• Spots are limited so we recommend registering on start.gg ahead of time but will accept sign-ups at the door if there are still available spots!
• Please bring your own controller
• Bringing your own game cube adapter is recommended
• Please check in at least 5 minutes prior to the event start time or you may be eliminated
• 32 player cap

Venue Rules

• No outside food/drink! We have our own menu if you get hungry/thirsty 🙂
• All ages (13 and under must have parent/guardian present)
• Everyone will need to have an account with The Guild (don’t worry, it’s free!). Save time at the door by doing this ahead of time at https://centers.ggcircuit.com/theguild/auth/register
• Be respectful and have fun!

Parking

• Nearest paid parking can be found at the N. Francis Street Parking Ramp
• Free Street parking may be available surrounding State Street (2 Hours Max until after 6PM)
• Metered Parking may be available surrounding State Street. (2 Hours Max. Free after 6PM)

We recommend finding parking on Gilman Street for cheapest option (~10 minute walk)
